On March 7, CUHK-Shenzhen incoming exchange students participated in the 10^th session of Chinese Culture Talks to explore Chinese tea culture. During this field trip, students learned about the origin and development of Chinese tea, enjoyed Chaoshan Gongfu Tea art performances, and practiced making and tasting tea under the guidance of a professional tea master. While marveling at the long history and profoundness of Chinese tea culture, students had in-depth communication with the tea master and staff on site.
